Free Financing Qualification Software

If you are in the market to purchase a home, probably the first question that you will ask yourself is "how much home can we afford?" There is another way of stating the same question and that is, "how much money is the bank going to give us?" Previously, you had to visit a loan officer to accurately answer these questions (usually after pulling out every tidbit of financial and personal information that you have collected over a lifetime).

To answer these questions, we are making available the highly-touted Windows PC program called QualifyR from Proactive Consumer Services. This program is a Home Buyer's Qualification Program For Residential Financing. Patterned after the same in-house programs that banks use for processing mortgages, this is the only application available in retail or shareware that tells home buyers their minimum monthly income required for a given purchase price under Fannie Mae Guidelines. QualifyR itemizes and sums closing costs then displays all results to a financing estimate screen in the same format as the Good Faith Estimate (mandated by HUD and RESPA) that you will receive from your lender. Total cash required at closing and much more.

This is the same programs used in our offices. You may elect to use the Qualifyr program or obtain the Qualifyr Delux program. We consider these to be the finest homebuyer mortgage programs available.
